Agents that operate across your company.

An evolving team of workers uses your existing tools and software, retains context between runs, and carries complex work forward across systems and over time.

The premise

Models are capable. But solving individual tasks doesn't mean they are effective. At least not effective enough.

Nico gives agents the environment they need to operate across a business, while giving companies a clear way to understand, govern, and scale their work.

How Nico turns objectives into an evolving team

You tell Nico what needs to be done. Nico understands the objective using what it knows about your company. It organizes the right workers around the work. As you work together, Nico learns more about how your company works. What Nico learns shapes how the team evolves.

Inside Nico

The capabilities behind the team.

Workers use your existing software and services, coordinate with one another, run on schedules, and keep their work visible and reviewable.

Workers

Nico organizes workers with their own roles and tools around the work. When a new capability is needed, it adds a new worker to the team.

  • Research
  • Build
  • Review

Each worker builds its own memory through the work it does and stays with the team after an assignment is complete. Nico can call on it again whenever its capabilities are needed.

Computer Use

Workers can use isolated Windows computers in the cloud to browse the web and operate desktop software, including legacy systems without APIs. You can watch them work live, take control when needed, and review completed sessions afterward without giving them access to an existing company computer.

Integrations

Connect the tools, services, and agents your company already uses. Each worker gets the access its role requires, and actions that need approval are brought to you before they run.

Routines

Tell Nico what needs to happen and when. It starts the work on schedule and organizes the right workers without waiting for another prompt.

Built for the whole operation

See more than the result.

See what workers know, what they produce, and what they are allowed to do.

01

Memory you can inspect

Workers build memory as they work, and you can inspect it at any time. Knowledge can belong to one worker, be shared within a team, or be available across the company.

02

Artifacts & review

Outputs arrive as versioned artifacts with run evidence, submission history, and clear review gates.

03

Governed by design

Tool access, computer control, and higher-authority changes remain explicit, inspectable, and reversible.
